ANNUAL LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT EVENT
Also known as the LARCSA Conference it is a one-day event which covers topics relevant to both registration and coroner services, some sessions are joint, others are topic specific. With a wide range of speakers and exhibitors on site, it is open to anyone working within a local authority.

One hour live webinars on topical subjects hosted by LARCSA. Topics have included Social Media and Marketing; Separation of Powers and Coroners; GRO Transformation; Customer Satisfaction and Engagement.

Lunch and Learn Masterclass – GRO Transformation
This session informed the Local Registration Service about what the Transformation agenda is, raising awareness of the changes and how it will impact on them and their role, including how the project is managed and timetable of change.
